Shipping & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with ToraTama Puzzles. We partner with Printify and their global network of print providers to fulfill your orders. Please read our Shipping & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Processing
- All products are made-to-order. Once your order is placed, it is sent to our print partner for production.
- Production typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the product and order volume.
2. Shipping
We currently ship only within the United States. International orders are not available at this time. All orders are shipped via free economy shipping, which is the only shipping method we offer.
Estimated delivery time (U.S.):

5–8 business days after production
Shipping costs are fully covered for U.S. customers—no additional shipping fees will be applied at checkout.
Please note that we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
3. Returns & Exchanges
Since all products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.
However, we do offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
- Damaged items upon arrival
- Misprinted items or production errors
- Wrong item received compared to your order
If your order falls under one of the above, please contact toratamapuzzles@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your inquiry and photos clearly showing the issue.
Photo Proof Requirement:
Photo evidence is required for all return, replacement, or refund requests. If images cannot be provided, we are unable to process the claim and a refund or replacement will not be issued.
4. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
If an order is returned to the print provider due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, you may be responsible for reshipment costs.
5. Order Cancellations
Because items are sent into production quickly, we can only accept cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that, the order cannot be changed or canceled.
6. Lost or Missing Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with Printify and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
- If tracking shows the package as delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local postal office. In most cases, we cannot refund orders marked as “delivered.”
